We're looking for a passionate Social Media Executive with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the desire to make your own opportunities as you grow with us. At the heart of our expanding Digital team in London, you'll provide operational support to Social Media Managers and our Digital Strategy Director, implementing strategy and driving results for our global clients. You'll have the opportunity to play a critical role in planning, executing and reporting for organic social media campaigns and will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing localization projects, including social media advertising (paid social) and SEO.

Work with our Content & Brand team to fulfil multi-market social strategies that are aligned with our clients' brand values and exceed their business goals.
Manage the day-to-day running of client and Wordbank social media channels – including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube.
Develop, launch and manage new campaigns, targeted to the client organisation, brand and locale.
Collaborate with our in-house creative teams and external partners to create engaging multimedia content.
Plan and ensure timely delivery of content across different client platforms using scheduling tools such as Sendible, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic.
Monitor, track, analyse and report on social media platform performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram insights.
Track audience engagement across social media platforms and respond directly to audience conversations where appropriate.
Work with our in house teams to provide data driven insights for Wordbank marketing activity.
Conduct prospect research for social-specific new business opportunities, help to prepare proposal materials.
Keep up to date with current social trends and report key insights to the wider team where relevant to client strategies.
The salary for this role is £28K - £32K per annum, depending on experience. We operate a hybrid working model, so this role can be based remotely, with time in our central London office as needed for training, team, company and client meets. Or you can choose to work more regularly from our office.
