New Inn Pharmacy is an independent Community Pharmacy looking to develop its skill mix and service offering.

We're looking for a forward thinking, Qualified Accuracy Checking Technician, to boost our team, working 16 hours a week.

We are looking to add a Part Time (16 hours) Job Qualified Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technician(s) who is looking for a new challenge, to join our experienced team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy Pharmacy dispensary and will bring new ideas to our team to help us drive the business from strength to strength.

The successful candidate(s) will be expected to assist with the checking of prescriptions (ACT), and will be NESA qualified, ideally will be able to offer Stop Smoking and Supervised Consumption services.

We are looking for a candidate who can lead by example, setting high standards and projecting a positive confident image to strengthen customer loyalty. You must be able to to cope well under pressure and operate comfortably in a team environment, be IT literate being confident and competent using Pharmacy computer systems.

We are looking for candidates who are able to advise customers about their medication and liaise with local GP practices and social service providers and so strong communication skills are essential.

It is essential that you can demonstrate knowledge and competence at Pharmacy Technician / ACT level and you must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
