About the role

As a Medical Copywriter you will produce scientifically and medically sound, strategic, bold, and persuasive messages in all types of media for agency clients. You will be responsible for the development of copy for integrated campaign materials and meeting conceptualization and branding. You will ensure all work is medically accurate and creatively on point, whilst delivering on time and within budget. What you'll do

  • Develop concepts in multiple media platforms
  • Write promotional & scientific copy
  • Participate in strategy discussions internally and externally as needed
  • Provide a point of contact with clients where necessary, and proactively drive content conversations
  • Ensure on-brand messaging and accurate content that aligns with the overall strategy
  • Collaborate with art directors, production, and digital/motion teams on projects
  • Deliver presentations to creative team whenever needed
  • Write in variety of styles
  • Reference and annotate all work, in accordance with client review procedures

About you

  • 1-2 years’+ creative copywriting experience at a Medical communications/ Healthcare advertising agency, producing print and digital tactics such as sales aids, brochures, eblasts, digital banners, websites & presentation decks. With experience in conceptual project work within at least 1 therapeutic area
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific (or equivalent) area of study
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Advanced PC or Mac experience with MS Office Suite and functional experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
