This role will be supporting the response to the current pandemic and will involve outbound calls and data collection, forming part of a team of Telephone Researchers, initially on a 6 month contract .

Hours - these roles are 40 hours per week and these 40 hours can fall anywhere between 8am-8pm, Mon-Sun. We require full flexibility from our agents between these times as you will be required to work on a rotational shift pattern
