We are looking for a Power Management Product Applications Engineer with specialist knowledge in non-isolated DCDC converters. pSemi is an innovator and industry leader in charge-pump, capacitor divider and point-of-load DCDC power conversion ICs and PSiP modules.
The candidate would be expected to verify and test the performance of devices in a customer application, create customer facing evaluation tools, support customer enquiries and define new products. He/she should have a strong technical background in power electronics and DCDC Point of Load architectures and technologies - preferably with PSPICE and/or SIMPLIS simulation experience.
The preferred location for this position is San Jose, California, but can be based out of pSemi’s Burlington, MA or UK offices. It is anticipated that a large portion of time would be spent with customers and on customer premises.
Travel is likely to be west coast US but occasional WW travel may be necessary.
