  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and personable
  • 1-2 years previous admin and/or front of house experience
ABOUT THE ROLE The opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic Office Admin's to be the first point of contact for our teams in our growing London and Newcastle offices. Each role is part time (3 days per week) and is office based.
Working Days: London: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Newcastle: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (potentially negotiable and subject to change) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Opening and closing the office at 9.00am and 5:30pm each business day
  • Greet and welcome people as they arrive at the office, being both prompt and courteous
  • Be the first point of contact for the team in the offices
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls for various business units with courtesy, speed and accuracy
  • Ensure the office is kept tidy & presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Manage food and beverage orders, tracking and locating deliveries
  • Ensure the stationary cupboard is kept tidy and fully stocked
  • Support the Executive Assistant and other departments with administration duties as required
  • Coordinate mkodo events, social activities and order birthday treats for staff
  • Assistance on any other administrative tasks that may arise
