This role will be supporting the response to the current pandemic and will involve inbound calls, largely related to appointment scheduling, general queries and new registrations forming part of a team of Contact Handlers.

Shift patterns are on a rotational basis, working any 40 hours between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday, usually working 5 days over 7 including several weekends.
