Who You'll Be Working With:
You will be working in our Procurement & Supply Chain division in our IT and BPO area, primarily looking after Contact Centre Technology and Software. As well as building relationships with internal teams, you will work closely with a range of external suppliers.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and will be based from our Bromley or Leeds office with some homeworking expected.
To thrive in this role you'll need to demonstrate extensive sourcing experience, preferably within IT/Software services. You'll be adept at building business requirements for the short and long term and have good contractual awareness.
The complexity of categories and projects requires project management skills and a proven ability to manage change both internal and external through to successful completion.
You'll be a self-starter and have the ability to advise, guide and influence stakeholders using effective problem solving and proactive communication skills.
