Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Service Advisors to join our team for our upcoming peak season, October through to January 2022. You will have the opportunity to work on the behalf of prestigious brands such as Fortnum & Mason, Charlotte Tilbury, and many more.

What will I do in the role?

  • First point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client, encompassing your client brand ethos in your interactions with their customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and email
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
  • You will work from home (within the UK only) using online computer based systems to handle customer enquiries. You will have support from remote Team Leaders and helpful resources immediately available for you.


What do I need?

  • A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • As a home based role you will provide need to be self motivated and comfortable using technology to facilitate your day to day activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
  • You must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and reside in the UK during your employment.

What will I be paid?

We offer competitive pay rates from £19,115 to £22,880 per annum, depending on department. An initial, fully paid, training period will commence at the outset of your employment to prepare you for your role.

What hours will I work?

  • Normal working hours will be on a rota basis, inclusive of evenings and weekends, as such flexibility will be required.
  • Full time, typically working 40 hours per week, over five days per week.
  • Fixed term contracts up to January 2022, with potential to join permanent roles at the end of the fixed term period. Please note full commitment throughout the duration of the contract will be required

Location

This role will be based from home, as such you will need a laptop or PC, preferably running Windows 10, and a strong broadband connection, along with a suitable working environment free from noise and disruption.
