MillTechFX was established to help Institutional Investors, Fund Managers and Corporate Treasurers to significantly reduce the cost and administrative burden associated with FX execution and hedging.

By externalising our own execution infrastructure and combining cutting-edge technology with specialist operational management, we have created the first independent and comparative multi-bank currency solution.

The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Marketing team to help drive our marketing strategy with creative support, define & develop our brand look & feel and create marketing assets for web, social, display, email and offline activities. We are looking for someone with a real passion for design, creativity and innovation, problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Maintain, develop and improve our brand’s look & feel by working closely with the Senior Marketing Lead and Product Design Lead to establish and develop brand identity
  • Create strong brand and marketing assets to drive brand awareness and acquisition for several marketing channels, including Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn) Website, Digital Marketing and Email
  • Support the sales team with any creative needs for events and sales collateral
  • Work closely across the business to provide design support company wide
  • Manage print related tasks and design/produce print related marketing material
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout your work

Required skills

  • A minimum of 3 years’ design and illustration experience
  • Portfolio to showcase previous work
  • Experience in after effects or similar
  • Advanced working knowledge on graphic design fundamentals – typography, composition, space, pace, visual hierarchy - folio of examples across still / moving image / animation
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Able to clearly and confidently present your work
  • Able to work across several teams and company needs whilst meeting any given deadlines
  • Ability to create striking imagery for online and offline marketing
